Treating the customer as an individual is easier than ever before

These days, in homecare, we have to be very aware of personalisation – meaning that we pay attention to each service user’s needs – including timings, service delivery, objectives (i.e. outcomes). Every service user is unique, and should be consulted with regard to the time they want their care, personal preferences, care needs and more.
