Having this ability allows the Care Manager to not only tailor OnePlan to their requirements, but also tailor each staff login to that persons required features. Mobile Applications are available on both Android and IOS devices, this allows Care Staff to document and manage all Care packages provided by the Care Staff. Medication, Tasks, Incidents, Location, Care Plans and Clocked Times can all be managed through the application, along with several other key skills and features designed to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances.
A Family member or Client can log into our OnePlan Family Portal to view up to date information relating to the Client and their services. Administrators can choose exactly what data is passed to the family member to be viewed anywhere in the world. A wide variety of Reports can be utilised & manipulated to the users’ preference, these reports can contain vast amounts of data relating to call monitoring and CQC Compliancy. Each new client is designated a OnePlan Account manager who is responsible in ensuring a smooth transition to becoming a fully-fledged OnePlan User. Training is completely free of charge and conducted at the users’ pace with no time constraints. Company Mobiles can also be provided with our excellent Care rates, providing you with fully programmed and tested NFC handsets for your Care staff to use in the field.
