Workforce management platform Planday will team up with experts from across the UK healthcare sector in a free webinar to offer healthcare businesses exclusive insights and tips for staying strong and safe during COVID-19.
Live from 1500 BST on Tuesday 2 June, Planday’s UK and Ireland Partner Manager Kevin Ryan told Driven By Health With Care the free webinar will dig deeper than the daily headlines and give care home managers and operators an in-depth insight into what healthcare businesses are doing right now, as well as practical tips for caring for people’s mental health.
“Planday is really proud to work with healthcare businesses and the people who work in them supporting them as they do such an amazing job caring for residents and patients when they need it most. It’s been so inspiring to see the support for healthcare workers from people throughout the UK in the past couple of weeks,” Kevin says.
“The healthcare businesses I speak to tell me COVID-19 has changed the industry dramatically — and continues to on an almost daily basis. That’s why it’s so important to get the right advice to manage your healthcare business in a smart and safe way.
“So I’m teaming up with experts from The Disabilities Trust, Monsi Projects, Graham Care and Avondale Care in a free webinar to discuss the ways your business can adapt and prepare for the unknown future with practical tips you can use today.”
As well as tangible tips to make better decisions using the data you already have, the webinar will share insights on how to adapt to the changing face of social care and advice for the investments healthcare businesses should consider right now.
Kevin says the expert panel will also dig deeper into how healthcare businesses should help care for their employees’ mental health.
“Supporting people’s mental health in the healthcare industry is always important, but as COVID-19 puts additional pressure on so much of the sector, it’s vital that healthcare businesses do everything they can to help, especially as it is Mental Health Awareness Week this week,” Kevin says.
“Our expert panel will discuss what this means at the grassroots level and share tips for looking after your most important asset — your people.
“Join us from 1500 BST on 2 June and make sure your healthcare business stays strong and safe during COVID-19.”
