Our new policies are designed for Learning Disability providers that deliver CQC regulated activities to adults with Learning Disabilities As with all our policies, they are clearly written in accordance with the latest legislation and good practice guidance. There are also Easy Read versions of selected policies available.
Supported Living /Non-registered Providers.
A newly released set of policies, procedures and forms for providers of social care and support who are not required to be registered with CQC. These policies are clearly written in accordance with the latest legislation and good practice in relation to employment, health & safety, data protection and local authority regulatory requirements.
These sets are available now, with the usual update service for peace of mind. Regularly reviewed and amended, they have been developed from customer feedback and tried and tested by our Provider Panel of trusted customers. As part of our support service to customers, we offer an initial telephone consultation of 30 minutes duration to assist you in your purchase decision. After, purchase, we offer an informal “perspective” view on any issue where you feel you might benefit from a “different view” on a specific situation such as contract monitoring, inspection queries, personnel or safeguarding. We have an experienced team from a variety of backgrounds in the Adult Care Sector who are always happy to assist. If we can’t help, we can usually signpost you to those who can!
