The aim of the workshop is to give staff the opportunity to explore


their attitude to being inspected and to give them the knowledge and understanding to be able to respond positively when the CQC inspector calls. The training focusses on what to expect during an inspection and how to cope with the process in a professional, objective and courteous manner. The workshop helps you to look through the inspector’s eyes to better prepare you and your colleagues for when the inspector does actually call.
