National supported living provider, Eden Futures, held a celebratory awards evening for their workforce, recognising their diverse and dedicated employees.
The ‘Excellence Awards’ event was attended by the finalists of the awards, which saw over 300 nominations received for 11 separate categories, including the ‘Extra Mile’ and ‘Autism’ award.
Eden Futures support over 600 people in a range of Supported Living settings, with over 1,100 staff members working to support, sustain and develop people’s independence.
Andrew Lennox, Eden Future’s CEO, said: “The Eden Futures team delivers high quality, person-centred support on a daily basis for service users, ensuring they live independent, fulfilling lives in their local communities.
“We wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the commitment and enthusiasm of our talented staff that have helped to improve the lives of service users over the past year.”
Staff were treated to a red carpet event as part of a two day leadership conference, an event which brings together senior staff to reflect on the past year and to discuss leadership development skills going forward.
Individuals were recognised on the evening with awards such as Making A Difference, Going The Extra Mile, Best Newcomer, Support Worker of the Year, Ambassador Award, Autism Award, Inspiring Leader, Behind the Scenes, and Best Service.
