A neurological rehabilitation service in Northampton is celebrating as staff members reach recruitment milestones, with over 200 years of combined healthcare experience in the industry.
Christchurch View, Lloyd House and Abington View, which are operated by Christchurch Group, provide neurorehabilitation and transitional services, in a community setting.
Two deputy managers across the service, Sarah and Suzie, have a combined total of 33 years, with a rehabilitation assistant, Andy, reaching their 25 years milestone.
The extensive healthcare team is made up of deputy managers, unit managers, team leaders, co-ordinators, rehabilitation assistants, support workers, domestics and administrators.
Gillian Jeffers, service manager, for Christchurch Group in Northampton, said: “We embrace our workforce, and care about their wellbeing, because they are a wonderful part of our team.

The three services in Northampton offer a structured care pathway to support individuals throughout each stage of their rehabilitation, with a range of accommodation to support each resident’s level of independence.
The team has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of neurological conditions, including, neurological rehabilitation, neurobehavioural, spinal injury, progressive or complex neurological care, specialist nursing support, community services and enhanced/respite services.
