Promedica24’s Wiltshire service was judged to be safe, effective, caring and responsive, with ‘a strong person-centred culture throughout the organisation that valued everyone as unique individuals.’
As part of the process, inspectors questioned clients and their families and found that people were happy with the care they received and felt that ‘safe care’ was being provided.
Client comments included: “They are definitely kind and always ask politely what I want” and “I am very happy, my needs are being met.”
Comments from clients and families included: “My care is very kind and very, very willing” and “They are kind, helpful and very experienced carers and also wonderful companions.”
The report also noted that staff were ‘well trained and had the skills and knowledge to meet people’s needs.’
