Studio Lambert, the BAFTA-winning TV production company behind Gogglebox, Tattoo Fixers and Doctor in the House are currently casting for the second series of the hit BBC Two show “Big Life Fix”, an exciting and innovative science series that sees a skilled team of scientists, engineers and designers create bespoke technology for individuals and groups in need of help to transform their lives for the better.
In the first series, the team came up with solutions for a range of issues affecting individuals and communities, including creating a device to counter the effects of Parkinson’s disease for a young graphic designer, building a bicycle for a boy born with no hands or feet, and connecting a remote village in Wales up to the internet.
The Big Life Fix Casting Team will be attending Naidex this year and would love to chat to anyone who feels they could benefit from a tailor-made invention. Whether it’s something to give you back the ability to do something you can no longer do, or help you to achieve a passion or hobby, or even just something to help you with a daily challenge or problem, they’d love to have a chat with you about it!
Two members of the casting team will be exploring the show and approaching visitors to find out exactly what needs fixing. They will also be using the Naidex Connections Service area to meet individuals, so keep your eyes peeled and get chatting!
If you would like to meet the team at Naidex this year, or to find out more about applying to the show, email your details firstname.lastname@example.org or call them on 0203 040 6908.
